1) I require the development of a Mobile App for our Radio Station called "2KA" (See attached Mock Up files) - our station includes a main audio stream along with extra streams covering different genres and music styles. 2) The app is a audio player that will play audio streams of our online radio stations (See attached XML file). 3) The app will need to load an external url xml file that contains a list of our different streams that will display on the bottom bar (see above) that will show the stations available for the user to listen to. 4) I need the app developed for 2 platforms - IOS and Android Mobile Devices (This includes Smart Phones and Tablets/Ipad, etc). 5) The Mobile App should look the same (or at least very similar) on all IOS and Android screen sizes (i.e. image heights or widths should auto adjust/stretch to different screen sizes with locked width/height ratios) 6) The bottom section showing the various station streams should scroll horizontally. 7) By default when the user first loads the app, it should have the first stream (listed in the XML file) loaded in the player so it is ready when the user hits play. 7) Once you have developed the app, I will need to test the app myself using my android and ios devices (prior to uploading to Google Play / Apple Apps Store). 8) Once the app has been developed I will need the APX (Android) and IPA (IOS) files, so I can upload via my Google Play and Apple App Store account. I may need some assistance from you in this step.

I would like to building these app for you if you give me a chance, because it is my first time to bid this project. so, I would like to getting more fame by charging lower price. According to my understanding to your project idea is that: firstly your app is just a single page mobile app that need a loading data from external URL that return as XML file. by default when user enter to the page we need to have the first stream that already load in order for user to easy to click play. at the bottom part of the your app is just the list of the stream that load from external URL.
