Build Video Capture and Replay App

This is a high level summary of project(s) We will start with the first project and upon successful completion, you will be awarded the additional projects. The timeframe to complete is as soon as possible, but will not exceed 1 month. Budget: TBD (limited) Project 1 - Proof of Concept --------Hardware--------- Raspberry Pi 3 B+ PIR Motion Sensor Wide angle Camera 7" touchscreen ---------Application (Python or other)------------- Build App that detects movement and starts recording video with live viewer on connected touchscreen. Live viewer has button on touchscreen to launch video editor/player with custom UI for control. (play, stop, pause, fwd by frame, rewind by frame, zoom in, save trimmed video, take snapshot, load file (previously saved video), exit player and return to live streaming and auto start on boot) When luanch video editor/player button on touch screen is pressed, player loads file for video recorded up to the time the button is pressed, yet still continues to record in background(split stream/file) When exiting player....push button returns touchscreen to live video and the whole process can be repeated again. Video stops recording- (this feature will be set for specific time ie 10 minutes) we will refine the app to include specific detection the stops recording in v2 app. UI Pictures of the very simple UI's will be made available upon the project being awarded. 1. Video Editor --------Project 2----------- Additional features to be added to v2 app include making the above mentioned features available using custom android/ios app, upload(share) to social media and more.
