I would like an application that people can order meat online. It is a 2 or 3 part application.
1st Part:
We need an app that people can order meet from their mobile phones. So it would have multi level drill down menus. For example Menu 1 = Beef ==> Full or Half or Steak and then drill down lower to describe how it must be cut up etc. Same with Lamb . Menu 2 = Lamb ==> Full or Half Lamb ==> How would you like it cut ..... with another couple of drill down levels to describe different cuts. Then it needs to ask the buyer from which butcher he would like to order. It must then activate GPS to get location or allow user to choose location and then select his preferred butcher. It should then send order to the Butcher's computer , once butcher completed order, they need to close it off and it then needs to send a notification to the buyer saying that his order is ready for collection.
2nd Part: It needs to allow for different butcheries to be able to join. We would have to give them some sort of program that they can install on their back office pc. The software must be able to get their prices from their backoffice system either via direct plugin or via a csv file import etc on a daily basis.
3rd Part: Needs to have a payment option where once the customer placed the order and butcher received it, the butcher needs to confirm the price. Once confirmed the customer needs to be able to pay via paypal or credit card. The system needs to add a certain % commission per transaction and pay it to separate account. Rest of the money paid to the butcher.
This is a very topline overview of what the system needs to do, but I will go into more details when I have decided on a partner to develop it with me.
