Very simple android/iOS (or Hybrid!) app to play a sound when scheduled.

UI requirement:

Select time -> select sound file -> Save.

Allow multiple alarms to be set.

No-sound repeat. Play sound once, and complete.

Nothing fancy. Very similar to a chron job playing a sound file

Example scenario:

10:30am - Play [login to view URL]

10:45am - Play sound [login to view URL]

Looking for best price and timeliness for app. Nothing fancy.
