configure router settings for yawcam

i need to stream from pc1 to pc2 using Yawcam. pc1 is connected to internet via wifi shared by an android phone. pc2 is connected to broadband network via the router at home. If pc1 is also connected the router at home, the task is easy. but pc1 is connected to wifi shared from mobile network via the android phone. i can't get the settings done to make the streaming work between the two devices/networks. would need help in getting the settings done.
