Create a language learning app (first scrum-sprint)

Hi,
I developed an website to learn languages. ( you can find it under [url removed, login to view] and it works like [url removed, login to view] ).
The first feature set is:
1.) Let the user login via google or facebook
2.) Load one foreign (french) sentence from the database.
3.) If user fingertips on a word of the sentence, then show it's translation (german translation) from a dictionary.
And that's it :)
There will be many iterations until it is the full blown software, which I have in mind.
So I am searching for someone who is interested in a long term project development relation.
I've already developed the prototype (which you can test and use und [url removed, login to view] ) but I want it mobile and neat and easy and motivating to use.
So you can choose which framework you use and tell me in your answer. The backend has to be java. But the frontend may also be angular or whatever is hot and sparkling.
The frontend shall motivate more with every word learned.
