Create a telecoms switch that will use USSD short codes

You need to be familiar with Unstructured Supplementary Service Data. USSD codes. USSD can be used to provide independent calling services such as a callback service (to reduce phone charges while roaming), enhance mobile marketing capabilities or interactive data services.

I need you to create a system that will run on USSD. Here are the steps:

1. Person dials *123*telephonenumber# to request a free call to the telephone number.

2. The system should then play an advert for 30 seconds while a geo-locator determines the area where the contact is. The geo-locator is required so that the appropriate marketing material can be played to people in relevant areas.

3. The system will then pay an area-appropriate advert

4. Once the advert is played, the user will have 2 options.. a) to either have the product related people contact him or b) to continue holding for the call to connect.

5. If option (a) is selected the system flags that number and person continues with call and option (b) person continues with call.

Once the call connects, it should last for 1 minute only since its a free service.

Think of it as a voice based please call me back service.
