Develop app to work with device MINI ME™ (RU-827)

I need an application that works with this device and that you can read RFID Tag, copy the epc and be able to write.

The idea is to make something easy to read a Tag and be able to duplicate it easily and write it in another.

would be a button to read, leave the list of what you read press on the number that had three options copy, write or send. and that we can configure a sending url that sends the mac of the device, the time and the epc of the tag.
