Enhance an existing (Trivia Game) app

Brief about the game: A simple Trivia game, (Truth & Dare), Offline game. Users gather in a circle then they press on the spinning wheel, the player who pointed at will choose from the three cards ( Challenge, Act, Answer) Project enhancement scope: 1- Enhance the UI & UX by adding motion and behaviors (Example:[login to view URL]) 2- Adding a new section where the questions and images fetched from the backend 3- Another section where the questions and images fetched from backend and link to in-app purchases 4- Edit the app advertising, (adding and removing) 5- Adding events on firebase 6- Adding firebase notifications 7- Creating a pop-up banner for all users when they open the app so I can show my messages, and set a timeline for each banner (the pop-up will show if a banner was uploaded) Please bid with some sample work or previous work to show regarding such projects.
