Extend Sample IOS Swift App to Create an app Prototype

I am a tech entrepreneur that owns a software business and looking to start another one based on a new concept. I am seeking an IOS SWIFT developer to build a prototype app to get the project to a stage where it will get funding or evolve. The project at this stage is to take an existing sample ISO app that works (based on FoodTracker at [login to view URL]) and then make some extensions. The extensions are: 1) create a landing page with an uploadable image and 4 simple button controls that one of the buttons calls the current master list scene 2) add another level of master detail that extends the current detail page with a new entity (call Initiatives) and associated fields. The new level of master detail will just be a list of text items on the current detail page, and then on the new sub-item detail page will have 8 text entry or pull down fields (from a defined list) with add / edit / delete functions as in the current app 3) add another level of master detail that extends beyond the Intiative detail. This will use a new entity called 'Issues' that has 8-10 text entry / pull down fields and have add / edit / delete as with the current app. When we have reached that stage, then there will be follow on additions associated with loading data into the app, sending data from the app to a remove server and some marketplace functions. The project will use a private repository at GitHub that I will open and share.
