I need an Android App built. The App is a Taxi App that would give the user the phone numbers of the nearest Taxi bases to their location which they could then call. I will provide all the data required. Taxi base name, location (latitude and longitude) and would like the app to calculate and present the closest bases to the users location using their phones GPs. There will also be other useful numbers like nearest hospitals and police stations as an additional feature and their details, locations will also be provided. I would like the App and data all inbuilt and downloaded onto the users phone so there's no external reliance on a website etc. I would like to publish it on Google Play myself so will likely get a Developer account but would like advice/assistance with the alpha/beta testing and publishing. Also how to update the data for further updates to the App. I work in IT so not totally clueless in that regard but guidance would be good for this first app as I would likely have other apps created in the future. More detail in attachment.
