Need Developer for both a Barcode Scan & Photo iOS App with a locally hosted .NET Dashboard

Project Summary This project consists of two main parts, an ios application and a .net dashboard/backend hosted on a local server. The purpose of the application is to scan 3of9 barcodes to grab a tag id, then take and upload photos for that tag id. The photos will be stored in a filesystem and the database records will add a record with that id and reference the file paths for the photos. iPhone/iPod Application iOS application: (either a native app or locally hosted PWA) Will likely never be needed on a non-ios device, the hardware is specific to ios. Vertical orientation and photos only. Our initial mockups will be provided. -Authenticate with Active Directory -Select From a list of Zones --Currently there will be 4 zones to choose from but this number could change, zones will be managed in the dashboard -Scan barcode to grab ID --There will be a per zone setting in the dashboard to determine if manual entry of the barcode is allowed as an option. --Kickback to enter manually if barcode scanning fails 3 times -Take Photos --The amount, order, and tile of the photos are unique for each zone and will need to be managed in the dashboard. --Review and confirm each photo before moving to the next one. --Review all pictures at the end before submitting to the database. -Connect to Local Domain and SQL Server -Record Date/Timestamp at Submission Time -Submit -Store in Local Microsoft SQL DB --Tag id --Timestamp --Zone --Employee --Filepaths for photos -Support for Autonomous Single App mode (optional) Dashboard Hosted on Local IIS/Server .NET recommended but optional. A basic responsive theme such as bootstrap is all that is needed.
