Paid Chat apps required (similar to Wechat/Whatsapps) -- 2

Hi, I need a Chat apps similar to Wechat or Whatsapps functionalities. The differences are: - It does not need to have quite a few functions such as Wechat's Moments for example. - It will serve a group of people who provides consulting or similar type of services. So it's a paid chat service. There will be some ecommerce elements involved in the apps. Please DO NOT bid if you do not have prior experience in developing such Chat apps. Strictly. It's essential that you either have existing apps (as a product or service) or previous experience in developing such apps (that is, having access to the codebase). There are a few notes as below: - The apps do not use the 3rd party backend server like quickblox. - The apps must be developed in native environment (IOS and Android) or you can use xamarian to develop for both platforms. NO phonegap or similar is allowed. - The apps UI must be provided. We will provide reference Apps for you to mock up. It's going to be simple and elegant. - The apps must be multi-lingual supported. - All source code must be clean including comments as standard. - All graphics must be provided. - There will be in-apps payment required. - A mobile app landing page is required. - A logo is needed however it will be only a type of font to be selected for the brand name. No graphics are required. Application will have 3 major sections: - Chat / Contact - Discover - Me / Setting Some features as listed below: - Login & Registration: User can use mobile number or 3rd party accounts such as Facebook account to login. - Profile: User can edit the profile, including personal details, video intros and photos albums - User can follow or be followed by other users. - User can invite others to join by various methods such as address books, SMS, FB, Twitter, Email... - Users can define tags themselves so that they can be found by others (in discovery). - User can chat with others using text, smileys, voice, video, images, and can - User can purchase credit (in-app purchase or via other payment methods) to chat with other users who provide paid chatting services. The development duration is about 2 weeks so it's essential that you have the existing code ready for fast turn around time. We will provide the reference apps and websites for UI and functions example. We will provide hosting for the web services to be hosted. I will also select you as the developer for the other relevant project with priority if the whole experience is satisfying. - Website interface for the apps (chat on the website) - Windows Mobile app - Develop PC/Mac applications for the apps.
