React native expert with experiences of photo editing.

Hello, I am looking for react native expert with rich experiences of photo editing. It must work in react native + Expo The candidate must be react native specialist that understands and has created image-based applications that utilize advanced camera features. The flow of the app are below. 1. users take pictures using camera, use cloudary to save as well as process the image, then use another package to edit and add emoticons etc 2. Once finish the image taking part , we will be adding the NLP with dialogflow or microsoft framework Now we need to finish first step . and then we will continue the second step.
