report creator

we are working in the field and we need to solve remaining items on a machine. example the is missing a sticker we need to put a sticker on the machine. now we get a excel sheet with all remaining items from one project and one project can have more machines with there own number. all items have a defectnumber. we need to put comment at this list and we need to create a report for all machines with pictures. see axample 2. problem is now we take pictures and later we make the report and put all pictures at the report. problem is that one picture is 3 ore more mb and the finall report is to big to sent by mail. it als take a lot of time to create the reports. better is a app on a tablet so we can do it right a way when we working on the remaining items. i think we need to load the excel file (defect list) and than wen we klik on the defect number it will open a pages where we can add all information an pictures. we save it and it go's back to the defectlist. adding pictures must be done by klikkin on add picture 1 and the camara on the tablet will start. afther the picture we can type the note and if we finished the job we take the picture 2 and add the note. now we are working on more than one project so on the main sreen it must be able to switch between the different projects. so from one suf defectlist we need to create for all machines a different report. in the beginning of the report we need to fill in some information. please help me with this. it is difficult to explain the whole program but maybe if yoy have some examples we can get to a perfect solution.
