I am having two telegram account, A and B and B have channels, I want to develop utility which forward message to specific channel. For example: channel name 1st Class, 2nd Class, 3rd Class, 4th Class and 5th Class. If I message from A on B i.e. "For 1st Class Students - Good Morning, we have sirprisu test today." message having containt "For 1st Class". Utility automatically forwoforw that message to 1st Class Channel members.

Hello! I believe to have a solid idea on what you need, and, having a great deal of experience creating Telegram bots, I believe to be fitting for the task. You want a telegram bot to read messages from one chat and, according to the message, forward it to a specific channel. If I'm correct, you wouldn't even need two Telegram accounts. One would suffice. I still have a few questions to ask before starting the project (such as how would you like to setup the bot, how would you like to specify the chat the bot should forward to, etc...), but I'm sure a few minutes of your time would be enough to get me starting.
