Update Android Xamarin app to use dynamic buttons and some other changes

The basic summary is:

1) I need an existing form updated including adding buttons from a web service and adding a refresh to update buttons that runs once every 60 seconds.

2) I need a new form added with buttons from a web service

3) I need an existing form updated to include the counts from a web service on the buttons

* Please note that I am on Vacation next week so if this is not wrapped up by 6/8/2018 my responses will be delayed

* Please note that the solution needs to build and run on my computer when I receive it back
