Visio Diagram and Estimates for New Project

Hi, I need to delegate few tasks: Please note below points about existing cloud based app: (1) Front-end (Web app) is running behind Load balancer and it is based on Angularjs. (on EC2 cloud instance) (2) Back-End API engine is on Puma based. it is Ruby on Rails on local machine but application server on production is Puma (on EC2 Cloud Instance) (3) API Worker , that takes care of managing synchronize jobs via sidekiq Gem along with Redis (4) Database is mongodb (5) andriod app is in java (6) iOS app is in Swift 2.0 Requirement #1: Could you please design good diagram using visio or any relevant tool. Requirement #2 (Delegate entire New project to selected freelancer if your quotation is favourable): ============================================================================= The other requirement is: I am working on similar kind of another project that need to be develop from scratch. I am thinking to build using RoR Or Php for back-end. I want to delegate entire project to freelance community but first I need some sheet that shows your quotation with time,resources and minimal budget . Don't think about what modules you will be developing , the new app is just MVP and in my experience it takes max 3 months to show some good pro-type to stakeholders and business owners. I can give more details when we move forward. thanks
