App for both iOS and android that:
1) allow user to post their items for sale
2) users are able to chat among themselves
3) able to classified users into different categories. E.g. Free user, paid user (level 1), paid user (level 2), etc. Each type of users are then able to post a certain number of Post simultaneously, number of Photos in each Post, etc.
4) no payment gateway needed
5) new users need to register by using their mobile phone number. Similar to the way whatsapp register their users.
6) admin need to be able to approve the post of users before the post appear on the listing.
7) admin able to prioritise the items posted. I.e. Push the Post onto the front page.
8) items posted has a default "expiry" date. Users can then choose whether to Renew the post. Admin need to be able to overwrite that.
9) design of the app should be clean and minimalist.
10) users are able to set a Profile pic, username
11) users are able to report a post as a spam or scam.
12) able to search the Post
13) Admin able to categorize the Post into different categories.
14) admin can set and alter the "Categories List"
15) admin able to insert advertisement on a. Start up page, b. Top banner
