I've done plenty of simple apps like this and in my experience it is best to provide with a more definitive price tag once I know more details about the project. I would like to know more about this API to start, and then if you have a more detailed sketch of the proposed UI that would also help. An then I would ask you to be more specific on that you mean by "part_of_speech"? I really didn't understand what you meant by that. Will there be some sort of speech recognition thing?
