I need xamarin C# cross platform an application to access with username and password after API access success the application request XML from our server had the information of the video settings and stream info (RTMP URL to push) and ftp info to upload. after the application get info the user had the abilities to stream to our media server and upload videos to his account FTP. also the user had abilities to record his stream.
