Add Store Locator functionality to Adobe Flash project.

I am developing an application for Android and IOS, and I need to add a store locator that will display a list of the 5 nearest stores to the users location. I have a spreadsheet with about 10,000 stores and their Longitude and Latitude. I would like someone to use the flash template I have created, I don't care about looks I can change all looks and styles later, all I need is the Functionality. What I would like is to have the query find the nearest stores and display the name in the Name Field and Long.| Lat. in the address field on my template. Also if someone is very experienced with MySQL I would love to have it display distance from user location to store(0.52 mi), this would be displayed in the dist field This should be an easy project if you know how to use MySQL with Adobe Flash and know how query a large spreadsheet. I am also up for suggestions if anyone else thinks they have a better idea for the Store Locator. Please feel free to ask any questions I will be happy to answer.
