Build a Website

Pleas see details of the project below; The project consist of creating a website/online platform and latter an app. A website where the users are able to order takeaway online. The users hen on the website have to type in their postcode and then they are presented with a variety of types of restaurants available that deliver to their particular location. The user than has the option to select anything from their menus and add that to their chart. We would like users to be able to pay by car through our website to facilitate when ordering their food. We would like the users to be able and log in to the website and register. I would like them to be able to register by email , or any social media. The users would have to type in their address, ( they would be able to add multiple addresses ) their postcodes, their phone numbers and also their credit and debt card numbers. Users would also be able to see their account. What they have recently ordered and what is on offer based on what they have recently bought. On the opposite side for our customer, the paying restaurants, they are the ones the users would be buying/ ordering their foods from. I would like the customers to be able to register online. An online form where they can list what types of restaurants they are, and to where they deliver in a particular location, city. On the restaurant account details they need to be able to see how much money they owe us for the service of the online order – what they have sold, how much they have sold and how much they have to get paid from the company. We would also need a system where an order is placed on our website/app and it is received and confirmed by the customer.
