Change Domain on Server & WordPress (v2)

Hoping you can help with this one (I was able to do the Azure one myself) what that means though is I need to get the URL currently being used on the old site available, so I can migrate content across. To do that I have another URL available that I wish to apply to the website but I understand that requires some other changes in WHM and cPanel. Essentially scope of project is reconfiguring the WHM and cPanel domains/settings/IPs from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] I can alter the DNZ Zone records in the domain registrar as needed, not much I can break there!
