Google Classroom API Expert

I have an existing MVP Laravel/PHP web app running on an AWS Ec2 instance with MYSQL DB. I need the app to enable users to move data in and out using the Google Classroom API. The key function would be pushing assignment/grade data out to existing Google classes and importing class rosters into my app. I have a wish list of other API data integrations but for now those are the ones I am interested in. I am not a programmer, but I am very good at reading documentation and have a good idea what is entailed in the API integration process; I need either a classroom API expert or someone who is very proficient at reading English and can read and follow the instructions on the API documentation I will send. Understanding of DB structure and best practices is also important as the DB may be more complex than you might expect due to the way the app utilizes multi-array to allow users to enter data using voice commands.
