My proposal is as follow, I can help you setup the API, to start using it by fullfilling the requirements it may impose for an application to accessing it. Then I can explain how is done this to you. Then you probably will want to pick certain methods from the API that are important for your projet, we can check some as well. For this I would request say 6 hours, because I preview that I will need to prepare the code first, and then I have to explain to you afterwards (not at the same time preparing the code and then explaining).
