Page Build - .net - Urgent

I have a single page that needs building quickly from artwork I have got (psd). Part of the page includes some registration form fields, but although this needs to be coded there is no database requirement or scripting needed - someone else will script that into the page when it's built.

I simply need the page building that works in different browsers, quickly.

One thing that might complicate things slightly is that the main part of the page is a video (brought in from [url removed, login to view], where it's hosted). Some images overlap this video so they will need to be sliced carefully and made with transparent backgrounds. These images will need to be clickable later on so this needs to be remembered when coding the images.

This job needs to be finished by Monday midday (UK time) including amends (if any) so please only bid if you are happy with this deadline.
