Pure VB.NET Class To Email DataTable in HTML

I need this really quickly like today I need a class written in pure .NET using VB.NET and [url removed, login to view] I would like to be able to add this to an asp.net application. The class should accept data table as the data and then other email message parameters like subject, to, from, ECT... In the code I would like to be able to send a databale in a HTML email.

The end result is that the class takes datatable and converts it to html using css for formatting and sends the email using the email setting set in the class.

This email needs to be self contains meaning it should also allow me to set the SMTP server property the data connection string property ect. In other words I should be able to provide this class with everything it needs to get the data, format the data and send the data and return results.

I need this before the day is up. Please do not use any third part controls and do not use microsoft office components pure .net

Please lower prices I am not looking to spend more the 50$
