Network advice needed for analytics

Long story short, I have no working experience or prior knowledge with DPI, but I'm looking to get a deep packet inspection stack up and running on a network I want to set up for my people to proxy through (I think DPI is what I need) because I need custom data points extracted from the traffic that flows through it such as browser history and other user generated metrics specific to each user, -- aside from writing my own custom stack from scratch, what options are out there that can do this for me out of the box? Is there anything out there that can already do this for me right now? I'm looking at under 1000 connections. I have 35$ left in my account on here and if you can provide me with some clarity and maybe even a better option the money is yours! Even better, if you want to set it up for me I'll make a new project and throw you some big bucks!! :3
