Open Port on Asus Router and Get IP Cameras to work

Dear Sir, I can set this up in an hour's time, but apart from the port forwarding, there are a few issues that might affect this solution and increase time and cost for this solution. 1) The Public IP address: If your public IP address is dynamic, then it will refresh and change periodically. To fix this you will need to either ask your ISP for a Static Public IP address (ISP will charge for this) or attach a Dynamic DNS domain name to your Asus public facing device. This can be done using DynDNS or no-ip or other free dynamic DNS services. 2) Double NATing: If your ISP is using a technology process called double NATing, then the ISP will need to do ports forwarding as well. You can ask your ISP to do the port forwarding, but I don't think they will do this. There might not be a way forward, if double NATing is implemented. 3) Security: Since you are publishing this blue iris publicly, anyone will be able to see the service, if they scan your IP address for web services on well known web server port 80. You can temporarily use a security method called "security by obscurity" and publish this web server on another obscure/unknown port, but this will not secure it. The best way to secure your access to the blue iris web server is to use a VPN connection to encrypt the traffic between your PC/phone and the private VPN server. You can install a free open source remote access VPN software like Softether VPN server in your Windows PC and only do port forwarding for the VPN port on the server. Once the VPN connection is enabled to Server, you should be able to securely access all devices in your private network like blue iris web server and individual IP cameras as well. Softether also has an inbuilt free Dynamic DNS service which will take care of the issue 1 as well. If given the opportunity, I can check and implement the required solution as soon as possible.
