Build a Website

I need to have a MediaWiki with the VisualEditor. I have installed it on my local webhosting firm, but they would not allow node.js to run due to security. I'm looking someone who can fix me a private MediaWiki running VisualEditor. I see two alternatives: 1) To have the security sensitive services hosted somewhere else and linked to the MediaWiki website I have made so I can use VisualEditor. The project is to get VisualEditor to run on the installed MediaWiki installation. 2) A web hosting company where i can register for an account that allows MediaWiki with the VisualEditor. Please quote the cost for your work to set it up as a private MediaWiki and separately the cost of the first two years of fees to the web hotel. Please suggest solution 1) or 2) and quote you costs for this small project!
