This program will have about 2 years of learning put into it.
It'll be worth it in the long term, because not only it uses weight loss factors proven to work (metabolic overload, high-intensity repetitions, etc...) included in the Training Program, things i learned about commitment, consistency and self-confidence are included, 'cause why not.
NOTE: I DONT HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE TRAINING WITH KETTLEBELLS, However, i will make adjustments in my program to your equipment to deliver more results suited to your needs.
I love cooking, so i'll definitely put a noticeable amount of healthy food recipes suited for any style of eating (ketogenic, vegetarian, vegan, 40-30-30). I believe that healthy food should be enjoyed, not restricted by deprivation. A slight caloric deficit is Way more sustainable than abruptly cutting food intake in half.
