ipad app simple modification

We already have an ipad application developed. The video of the apllication may be viewed following address in attached file. Is a simple application.

The changes we want are the following:

1. Remove 2 categories.

2. Change the name to one category

3. Change the question in 2 remaining categories

4. Changes the top logos of the app frontpage.

5. The app will not be uploaded to app store, so will be given the ipad id number for this task.

We are looking for someone that can begin inmediatly
