opencart checkout and paypal express checkout fix

I have two problems on checkout on a opencart site and also I installed the paypal express checkout plugin and set all the necessary keys on backend and it's still not functioning . Need someone to look onto those as soon as possible . More details will be sent and if required video explanation can be provided .
