Mac OS X Dovecot install with SSL

Hello I am a macOS system engineer as well as a system administrator. I have set up a local system and several VPSs to accept and send emails using Postfix and Dovecot with various configurations, also having enabled the SSL certs, both static and periodically generated via a LetsEncrypt's certbot.
