Design a custom Printed Circuit Board (PCB) from open source boards

I am currently using several Adafruit boards in conjunction with an Arduino Nano 33 IoT to power and log data from a pressure sensor. See attached image for the electronics schematic. I would like to just have one PCB to replace all components shown in the schematic, apart from the BMP388 breakout board, which must remain separate. If it is not possible for the Arduino to be combined, then it is alright for this to remain separate as well.
I downloaded EAGLE and began combining the schematics from the .sch files that Adafruit provides, but was more challenged when it came to the board design. Feeling that I'd probably end up making an error, I figured I would rather have someone with board design experience take on this task. Please reach out if you'd be able to do this.
