Need way to strip text from PDF

I have a long PDF document. On each page of the document is page number text in the format of: Page 1 of 15, Page 2 of 15 etc.

I need a repeatable method of removing this block of page number text from this document and future documents (that will be in the same format but several times longer).

I'm attaching the document.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Please note I'm not looking for someone to do this manually, but a script of method I can use to automatically do this to very long documents.
