27938 Create a custom cPanel Module

I need a cpanel Module that can block IP's and/or entire IP blocks from my server. Not just the IP deny manager already included with cpanel. I'm running FreeBsd. WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-R82 You should have excellent experience with cpanel and prior expereince in creating a custom cpanel module.
