Execute Perl Script from Stored Procedure in SQL Server Express 2008 database

I need someone to install Active Perl on my Server and create a stored procedure that picks up a pdf file from a database table, feed it to a perl script which outputs parsed data that the stored procedure must store back into another table.
You don't need to write the parsing perl script, as it is already written and works, you all you need is just to invoke it from the stored procedure.
Should be an easy and straight forward job for someone who has done it before so please don't bid so high. Please PM me if you have any questions.
