Script Perl: Parse from Website to CSV file

I need a script Perl that I convert those data to a CSV files, and each field is placed in the exact position requiring my csv file.
And send this file via ftp.
Only for football sport.
In my example I have also written sectors and various locations. Please open the CSV file with excel and understand the exact correspondence of cells.
In attach explain better steps.
