Create a PDF Reader plugin for phonegap on iOS7+ and Android 4+

PDF plugin phonegap

It must be compatible with iOS 7+ and Android 4+. Both for Tablet and smartphone

It must be compatible with phonegap version 3.5

Pdf will be accessible locally or remotely

Must be easy to use and compatible with the plugin in reference in the screen. And sharing by email should attach the file not a link to the post. In any case, it should never share link to the file. (Local or remote)

I would not use server side pdf reader (ie google doc) and existing phonegap pdf reader are not working.

I will own the code, and reuse this will not be allowed.

You will not be authorized to publish the code anywhere.

About local files 2 sources :

Files are already available inapp

File must be downloaded directly with the plugin functionality for offline reading. Check [url removed, login to view] file for mockup with 2 cases.

The plugin have no listing capability, it just take path (local or remote) in argument. if it’s remote file (http or https) it must display option for download to read the file offline.

Please don’t ask me for half milestone before starting, I will only pay a 30% milestone if your profile is good enough.
