I'm looking for an app built in PhoneGap which can display forms for the user to fill in. The app will need to have a local database for storing the responses of the forms and when the user has a data signal, upload them to the cloud.
Pages and descriptions...
SignIn - display username and password fields and send them to a url to validate them and store the returned hash locally.
Sync - send and receive data.
ListForms - list forms that are saved from the sync.
ListResponses - list the responses that are saved from the sync and entered manually in the app.
ViewResponse - show the values of the response that are saved locally.
CopyResponse - duplicate certain field values into a new form response.
DeleteResponse - delete response from device.
The fields will be a variety of types and length - text, varchar, number, date, photo, signature, etc.
When saving a photo or signature, the lng and lat coordinates will need to be saved also.
Some fields will be dependant on other field values that the user has entered.
I would like this app built in PhoneGap so that it can be edited and added to at a later date as needs arise.
