Hi, I need to convert a PSD to HTML. No scrollbar must appear in 1024 x 768. The top menu bar must fit 100% of the screen width in 1024x768. The html must be compatible with ie 7 & 8, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. The background of the page must be black. If the screen resolution is more than 1024x768, the bottom red line and the small top gradient (each side on the menu bar) must be repeated 100% in the screen width. Only the first item in the top menu bar have a dropdow menu. When the mouse go over the text located in the central image, the text will change color and the background will also change. When we click on the text, the user must be redirected to the specific page. The website contain 8 pages with the same layout. Thanks. - Jonathan
