convert 100 different fonts to run into 1 family font and make it run on all windows specially windows 7 and 10

i have a word document with 100 fonts special designed fonts, as each word may consist of more than font, some times 10, copying the data to access make problems since access only use 1 font... so i need to import this document into access but since the language is arabic and the fonts are custom fonts, i need to put all fonts under one family font if applicable.
attached is the fonts and the word document, install fonts in windows, open the word document it suppose to run great in windows7, now copy data and paste it in access
here the problem is.
