Convert a Template to a Website

I am converting an old real estate website into a new Wordpress site. I already have a theme (WPResidence) and have done some work already. What I need help with is moving data from the current website to the new Wordpress site. The data that needs to be moved is a list of current users (landlords), as well as their property listings including all listing info and photos. The listings need to be moved in a way that they are still connected to the landlords that own them.
