Convert Dos/Batch file to Visual Basic code - Today

Please see the attached file which is a Batch file (Dos code)
I need this converted to Visual Basic code so it executes the code after clicking on a button.
The programs genbhnhl and ImpBIG are already in the folder where the code should be executed in.
Here is how the destination folder on the PC is searched for:
nhl09location = [url removed, login to view]("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\[url removed, login to view]", "Path", Nothing)
[url removed, login to view] = nhl09location
I need this done asap.
