Hi there, I can build this poll system for you. I could create a simple admin panel where you can create new polls and then get the code to place on any page to render the poll. Hello, can do it using bootstrap so you know the poll will be well displayed no matter what device access it. Will create admin panel for you to admin polls, including starting and ending date. last week ive finished a similar project, can show it so you see what im talking about. Thanks

I don't know much about the website in which you would integrate this polling system with, or database access, but this could be done with one administration script and one include script. Configuration and data can be stored in a MySQL or similar database.
