Pay Per Minute Adult Video Chat Site

Hello, I am looking to build a pay per minute style adult live video chat website. The majority of the GUI will be done by me, I'm simply looking for someone to pick out an existing and very good video chat software package to then take and customize for my needs and connect to merchant account. The off the shelf package should either be free, or a onetime cost solution. I'm not looking to pay per month/per use. EXPERIENCED ADULT VIDEO CHAT DEVELOPPERS ONLY Please provide references.
