28969 PHPbb help needed

We are looking for a full time low priced phpbb programmer. There are many mods we needed installed, as well as templates etc. But first the test :) I need the following two things done at a good price: 1) need this template installed: (needs to stretch to fill screen, is a free template, and we already have it.) 2) need this phpbb hack or mod installed.
