http activex redirect program .net

I need a program written in C#(preferrably, but this would be an active x component). This program might seem like spyware, but it will not be used as such, and i will would like certain safety measures put into the program to prevent it from being used as such.

Ok, here it is. I need a program that can redirect someone to one site if a browser is told to go to a certain site. So if the person type [[url removed, login to view]][1] into the address bar, it would go right to msn, but if they type in [[url removed, login to view]][2] it would send them to [[url removed, login to view]][3] and then quickly (as fast as possible) go to [[url removed, login to view]][2]. This program must let the person know what it is doing in some manner, must be easily uninstallable, and leave no trace of itself when uninstalled. It must also make it perfectly clear that it is being installed when installed. The reason for this is that i am going to be using this for a very specific purpose, and i dont want people to think it is spyware.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
